Research indicates that the clapboard middle section was the original house, a one-room 1-1/2 story house with a cooking fireplace and full cellar. The house is an excellent example of 18th Century architecture. It was also home toĪn unknown civilization dating to the year 2300BC. NativeĪmerican artifacts dating to 1325AD were found here.
